100 consecutive days of doing 10 minutes of ab work has been suggested. I HAD TO SIGN UP!
I have been feeling a bit flabby lately (because I haven’t been good about my diet) and this challenge was proposed at the perfect time. My abs are the last part of my transformation, so I am looking forward to seeing what 100 days of abs will do for my mid section.
As with my original goal of losing weight, I will be documenting this 100 days of abs with lot’s of pictures, so check back for updates to the slideshow below.
